Walk Through Registration

There will be no walk through or orientation for returning Pine Hollow Students. All students are required to complete the Data Confirmation process. You can do this online through Aeries. This will be available beginning July 24th. Schedules will be released in Aeries Homelink on August 3rd for those students who have completed the Data Verification. All schedules will be released August 5th. Students who have not completed Data Confirmation by August 10, will be locked out of Homelink.

Welcome to New 7th/8th Grade Families: 3-4pm in the Library. This is your opportunity to ask questions and become familiar with the campus.

Data Confirmation Night: 4-7pm in the Care Corral (S2). If you need computer access or assistance for the Data Confirmation, we will have computers set up. There will also be translators available for Spanish and Dari speakers.

 6th Grade Orientation: will be from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. This is for all 6th grade students to learn about the campus, meet the teachers and learn about how we build Pine Hollow spirit. Pizza will be served for students after the event.   

PTSA Mixer: 5:00pm-7:00pm in the quad. This is a great opportunity to be a part of the Pine Hollow Middle School family. There will be information tables, staff and activities. Food Trucks will also be onsite.

The process for address verification has changed. You should receive communication if address verification is required, otherwise, your address has been confirmed.

For 7th graders only: If you need to drop off Immunizations you can come to the office between 8:00am and 3:30pm. All required vaccines for TK/K entry plus

    • Tetanus, Diphtheria, Pertussis (Tdap) — 1 booster
      (Whooping cough booster usually given at 11 years and up)

    • Varicella (Chickenpox) — 2 doses
      (usually given at ages 12 months and 4-6 years)
