Parent Teacher Student Association

The Pine Hollow Middle School Parent Teacher Student Association (PTSA) is made up of parents who work with staff and students to support all areas of Pine Hollow. Fundraisers, events, and activities throughout the year go towards helping the administration, staff, and student body have the necessary supplies, equipment, and resources they need to be successful.

Board of Directors

The Pine Hollow PTSA has a board of directors that is elected by parents.
Here are the board members for the 2018-2019 school year:

Join the PTSA / Donate

Please use the button below to join the Pine Hollow PTSA by paying your $10 annual membership fee. This money goes towards our general fund as well as pays for the small dues with the California State PTA and the National PTA organizations. 

We also encourage you to make a donation of any amount to support our efforts. The PTSA helps fund programs, equipment, technology, field trips, campus beautification, teacher supplies, and facility upgrades at Pine Hollow.

Meetings

The Pine Hollow PTSA monthly meetings typically take place in the library at 6:30pm on the last Wednesday of every month. Here are the scheduled meetings for 2018-2019:

Events / Activities

  • Teacher Professional Development Days (August 14): Provided breakfast and refreshments for staff training day.
  • Back to School Night (August 22): Provided snacks and refreshments for parents and staff prior to Back to School Night.
  • Coffee with Campo (September 26): Hosting event for parents to meet with Ben Campopiano, Pine Hollow Principal, and providing Coffee and Pastries. Click here to view the flier with more details! Click here to view the basic plan for the morning!
  • Chili Challenge (October 26): Our 1st Annual Chili Challenge is set for October 26, 2018 at 5:00pm at Pine Hollow Middle School! Come on down to vote for your favorite chili and join us for the fiery, festive fun! 
  • Dine & Donate: Carl's Jr (November 14 and 15): Please consider dining at Carl's Jr in Clayton on November 14th and 15th to support the Pine Hollow PTSA! 25 percent of all sales generated by our PHMS community will go towards supporting Pine Hollow. Please show this flier or mention our school so we get the credit. Thank you and enjoy!
  • Dine & Donate: Dickey's Barbecue Pit (December 11): View the flier here for more information about this month's Dine and Donate at Dickey's! All proceeds go towards supporting the PTSA!
  • Holiday Tech Drive: Please support the PTSA's Holiday Tech Drive to help raise much needed funds for school technology, including the purchase of of 219 Chromebooks that are aging out in June!
